Commencing my professional journey in the dynamic landscape of Hong Kong, I assumed the role of a Product Development Assistant at Leeway International. Notably, Leeway International served as the buying office for the esteemed American footwear company, Brown Group.


This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances involved in creating footwear, elevating my proficiency in product development. Working within the ambit of a global entity like Brown Group further enriched my knowledge base and honed my skills, positioning me as a professional well-versed in the intricacies of the industry.

Establishing a trading enterprise in Hong Kong focused on footwear, I orchestrated a robust Research and development hub situated in China. At the core of our operations, this center catalyzed the design journey encompassing the innovation of new Lasts, meticulous upper material sourcing, and the crafting of novel outsoles. As the overseer of export sales, I led a dedicated team of three, steering the entire spectrum from product presentation and sampling to order management, production oversight, inspection coordination, logistics facilitation, and export payment collaboration with pertinent departments. Moreover, my active participation in prominent shoe exhibitions further enriched my industry presence.

Drawing upon a decade-long tenure in the footwear and leather goods sector, I leveraged my expertise to establish a sustainable imprint, Bgreen, in the heart of Paris. This visionary initiative introduces a line of indoor gymnastics shoes crafted from a blend of bamboo-infused fabrics, elevating environmental consciousness within children's footwear.

Embarking on a transformative professional journey, I joined the esteemed French company Paraboot, renowned for crafting high-quality footwear within the borders of France. This pivotal transition marked my shift from the intricacies of Business-to-Business (B2B) engagements to the dynamic and consumer-focused realm of Business-to-Customer (B2C) in my capacity, 

Leveraging a sales-oriented foundation, I've persistently emphasized education and skill refinement. Serving as a Négotiateur Technical-commercial allowed me to cultivate adept public speaking abilities, a skill set further developed through academic pursuits, including a European-focused marketing planning degree and intensive exploration of export marketing programs. In 2022, I attained an MBA in Electronic Marketing, enhancing my proficiency in technology and computer languages. Applying this expertise, I've successfully executed electronic projects, recognizing the instrumental impact of electronic technology in elevating marketing and sales strategies across industries.

Employed by a French ink manufacturer, my focus gravitated towards conductive ink, aligning seamlessly with the 4.0 industry's future trajectory. Leveraging my extensive export background, I strategically propelled this product into untapped markets. My proficiency in sales, coupled with recent studies in digital marketing tools, played a pivotal role in successfully promoting the conductive ink. This amalgamation of experience enabled me to not only navigate the intricacies of the industry but also to pioneer its expansion into novel territories, contributing significantly to the product's market presence and future growth.

In my consulting role, I specialize in guiding companies through the intricacies of international sales development and the implementation of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. With a skill set enriched by multicultural adaptability and a collaborative team-oriented approach, I bring a dynamic perspective to every client engagement. Fueled by an unwavering passion for continuous learning and a penchant for overcoming challenges, I approach each new project with enthusiasm and dedication. Regardless of the industry, I am committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive success and propel businesses toward their international growth objectives.
